Purpose and principle
This machine is capable of accurate online detection and automatic rejection of defective cans. When the vacuum degree inside the can (bottle) body varies, the amount of deformation in the shape of the can (bottle) lid also differs. By detecting the slight deformation of the lid, it can be analyzed whether the product meets the required vacuum degree. It features touch screen operation, simple operation, easy adjustment; online data analysis, data storage for any can type, automatic correction, synchronous rejection, etc. It is widely used in many beverage factories, canning factories for two-piece aluminum cans, three-piece iron cans, glass bottles, and all other composite containers.
The vacuum inspection machine utilizes acoustic technology and employs a non-contact online detection method, achieving a speed of 800 bottles per minute. It is designed to assess the sealing performance of containers, encompassing leak detection, vacuum testing, and empty can inspection. It is suitable for products with three-piece cans, three-four twist-off caps, and metal anti-theft cap seals.
Acoustic Technology
When a container passes by the probe, the probe applies a "non-contact" tapping action on the top of the container, causing it to emit sound. Containers with different vacuum levels will emit different sounds. Advanced acoustic technology uses these sounds to determine whether the container is leaking.
Working principle
Container to be inspected → conveyor belt → probe applies a "non-contact" tapping action on the top of the container → sound is emitted from the top of the container → probe receives the sound → unqualified sound is detected, sending a signal to the rejector → rejector activates, striking the leaking container out.
